Once a cut and sew factory for Mother Jeans, Surgeon Studios took over this warehouse just outside historic Downtown of Los Angeles.
The challenge was to design a space that all 3 companies could operate under one roof. Private and shared spaces and enough room for growth.

I worked closely with builders, demo crews and contractors to manage the buildout from start to finish. Creating to scale tech drawings for builders to follow, and realistic renderings to present for visualization of the buildout.
